Notice of change in pre-order card payment service
Sadly over the last 2 months we have experienced an abundance of card payments being rejected when a pre-order item has arrived in stock and is ready to ship. As this is placing a huge amount of extra pressure on our customer support staff to resolve these card payment issues and is also causing a backlog in our shipping department we have no option but to change our service to begin processing card payments 10 working days before we are expecting the stock shipment to arrive in our warehouse. This is to help ease the pressures placed on our staff by those customers card payments being rejected. As always we will provide a notification email 7 days before we are going to begin processing a pre-order card payment so you have time to ready the funds within your account.
